River Rose Projects is a Helensburgh-based building company specialising in bespoke renovations and extensions throughout the Illawarra Coast.

Founded by Matt Hohn, River Rose Projects was built on a passion for transforming existing homes while preserving the character and craftsmanship that make them unique. Over the years, Matt has delivered a wide range of complex renovation and extension projects throughout Sydney's Inner West, working on heritage terraces, character homes and challenging sites where thoughtful planning, attention to detail and problem-solving are essential.

This experience has shaped the way we approach every project. From tight-access sites and structural alterations to seamlessly integrating old and new, we understand the complexities involved in renovating existing homes and the importance of getting the details right.

Unlike larger building companies, River Rose Projects intentionally remains small and selective. We focus on a limited number of projects at any one time, allowing us to provide a more personalised experience and maintain a high level of involvement throughout every stage of the build.
